As followers of Jesus, we know that becoming well — spiritually, emotionally, and relationally — is the first step to leading well in our homes, workplaces, and neighborhoods.

At the 2026 Citywide Summit, you’ll join leaders from across the Omaha Metro to explore how personal renewal fuels public impact, and how the well-being of leaders directly shapes the well-being of the people and places we serve.

Together, we’ll ask:

• What does it look like to lead from overflow instead of exhaustion?

• How can we pursue healthy rhythms and relationships that sustain us long-term?

• And what if the greatest gift we could give our city is a life transformed by Jesus?

Because when leaders are well, cities flourish.

This year, we’re honored to welcome Rich Villodas — Brooklyn-born lead pastor of New Life Fellowship, a vibrant multiracial church representing more than seventy-five nations in Elmhurst, Queens. Rich is the author of four books, including the award-winning The Deeply Formed Life, Good and Beautiful and Kind, The Narrow Path, and his most recent, Waiting for Jesus. He and his wife, Rosie, live in Long Island, NY, with their two children.
