Jed Mullenix
President
Jed Mullenix serves as the President of Within Reach. After 15 years leading local churches in New England and the Omaha Metro, he was drawn to the possibility that the City Church might move together in unity for the good of all who call our city home. Jed is married to Beth, and they have five children. Together, they love all things outdoors, travel, and long evenings around the table with friends. Jed is committed to elevating and accelerating leaders, teams, and organizations for mission.
Taylor De Young
Communication Champion
As the Communication Champion since 2021, Taylor has been at the helm of all digital marketing, communication, and event coordination efforts. Taylor also helps lead our city to unleash unprecedented compassion through City Serve each September. She is married to Nathan, who has served in youth ministry for 7 years. Together, they share a fervent passion for following Jesus and encouraging others to embark a life-changing faith journey.
Ted Plugge
Partner Champion
Ted Plugge became a committed follower of Jesus in 1998. He serves as the Partner Champion for Within Reach. Ted is married to Michelle and they have two children and two grandchildren. His ministry passions include marriage, manhood and parenting. Ted enjoys golf, tennis, pickleball, and cooking. Using his ministry passions and hobbies, Ted endeavors to draw people together to grow in their relationship with Jesus.
