Love Our Schools Day — September 27, 2025
Love Our Schools Day is a hands-on, community-wide volunteer event where individuals, families, churches, businesses, and nonprofits come together to serve local schools through meaningful projects. Whether it's painting classrooms, planting gardens, refreshing playgrounds, or assembling care packages for teachers, every act of service contributes to creating vibrant, welcoming environments for students and staff.
This annual initiative emphasizes building sustainable, relationship-based support systems around schools. By participating, you're not just completing a project—you're becoming part of a village that uplifts and empowers our local educational communities.

How does it work?
We use a proven model developed by School Connect out of Phoenix, Arizona—centered on the belief that it truly takes a village to help every school and every student thrive. By bringing together churches, businesses, nonprofits, and community members, we form a Village around each school.
Together, this group listens to the unique needs of the school and responds with consistent, relationship-driven support. Whether it's launching a mentoring program, hosting a staff appreciation day, or helping with facility needs, we empower local partners to take ownership and become part of the solution—right in their own neighborhoods.
