This year’s Citywide Summit gathers leaders around a shared aim: the flourishing of our city. Together we’ll look at the health of our own leadership and what it means to work collectively for the good of Omaha. Join leaders from across the Metro, and bring your team or leadership circle with you.
Our guest speaker, Rich Villodas, is lead pastor of New Life Fellowship in Queens, New York, and author of The Deeply Formed Life and The Narrow Path. He will help us consider how deeply formed leaders shape healthy teams and communities. We’ll also welcome Mike McDonald of BibleProject, who brings a blend of marketplace and kingdom experience to the work of building healthy cultures and forming partnerships that multiply impact.
The Summit also marks the release of For the Good, Within Reach’s new book inviting us into a movement of loving our neighbors and sharing the story of Jesus.

About Our Speakers
Rich Villodas is the Brooklyn-born lead pastor of New Life Fellowship, a large, multiracial church with more than seventy-five countries represented in Elmhurst, Queens. Rich graduated with a BA in pastoral ministry and theology from Nyack College and went on to complete his Master of Divinity at Alliance Theological Seminary. He is the author of four books: the award-winning The Deeply Formed Life, Good and Beautiful and Kind, The Narrow Path, and his most recent, Waiting for Jesus. Mike McDonald
Mike McDonald is the Chief Strategic Relationships Officer at BibleProject, where he directs global alliances and media translation into 60 languages. His background bridges commercial operations, where he managed multi-million-dollar locations and more than 200 employees for JOEY Restaurant Group, and a decade of international economic development across 15 nations. Mike specializes in helping leaders use corporate operational metrics to build healthy, scalable cultures.
