Leadership Gatherings
We convene our network three times each year to inspire, equip, and strengthen leaders.
Two lunch-hour gatherings provide practical leadership training, while the annual Citywide Summit features respected national voices who inspire and equip leaders toward greater health, growth, and impact.
Leadership Cohorts
Pastor Cohort Launching November 2026
In 2026, we introduced yearlong leadership cohorts — small groups of 8–12 leaders who meet monthly for encouragement, personal development, and the integration of faith into everyday work and community life.
We began with a Marketplace Leader Cohort in February 2026, and our first Pastor Cohort launches in November 2026. For those interested in the Pastor Cohort, watch our website this summer for additional information and a link to the application.
Leadership Development Environments
We create environments that cultivate the well-being and growth of both individual leaders and the congregations they serve.
This fall, we’ll focus on Flourishing Neighborhoods and introduce For the Good, a brand-new resource designed to help people love their neighbors and share Jesus in everyday life.
State of the City
In 2023, we listened to our neighbors and leaders across the Omaha Metro to understand what helps our city thrive and where our greatest needs lie.
